Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, and Water
Resources of Bangladesh, Syeda Rizwana Hasan paid a courtesy call on Prime
Minister KP Sharma Oli on Thursday.
On the occasion of the meeting held at the Prime Minister's
Residence in Baluwatar, the issues of strengthening and expanding the existing
bilateral relations between Nepal and Bangladesh and increasing cooperation in
energy and other sectors were discussed.
Prime Minister Oli's chief advisor Bishnu Prasad Rimal,
Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bhrigu Dhungana, Nepal's
Ambassador to Bangladesh Ghanshyam Bhandari, Bangladeshi Ambassador to Nepal, Salahuddin
Noman Chowdhury, and others officials were present.
