NLIC and NLG donate to Reconstruction Fund

Kathmandu, Nov. 4

National Life Insurance Company Limited has donated Rs. 10 million to the Physical Infrastructure Reconstruction Fund established by the Government of Nepal.

Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Suresh Prasad Khatri, handed over a cheque bearing the amount to Minister of Finance Rameshore Prasad Khanal at the Ministry of Finance on Tuesday.

Likewise, NLG Insurance Company Limited donated Rs. 2.5 million to the fund.

Company's CEO, Sunil Ballabh Pant, handed over a cheque of the said amount to the finance minister.

With the inclusion of these contributions, the total amount collected in the Fund has reached Rs. 75.16 million.
