Prime Minister Sushila Karki has said that the news of the untimely demise of popular Nepali cinema actor Sunil Thapa has deeply saddened her.

She offered her heartfelt tribute to the departed soul and expressed deepest condolences to the bereaved family, relatives, well-wishers, and the entire artistic community.
