Kathmandu, Sept. 23: Chairman
of the Panchakanya Group Prem Bahadur Shrestha is awarded with the ‘Lifetime
Achievement in Business Leadership’.
Former President of the
Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) Rave Bhakta
Shrestha handed over the award to Shrestha at the Newbiz Business Conclave
Awards the other day.
Issuing a press
statement, Panchakanya said that Shrestha’s entrepreneurship skills, leadership
and innovative concepts had paved way for the success in the business.
“Panchakanya Group
today has an important contribution to the employment and economic growth of
the country,” said the statement.
The Group is in
business for about five decades and runs more than a dozen industries related
to manufacturing, trading and services. It has directly employed 1,200 people.
The conclave is
organised by the New Business Age.
