Footwear Expo from 28 Dec.

Kathmandu, Dec. 26:
 
The Footwear Manufacturers’ Association of Nepal (FMAN) is organising the 14th Footwear Expo from December 28 to January 2, 2018.
The six-day industry expo will be organised at the Bhrikutimandap Exhibition Hall and will be inaugurated by Finance Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki.
According to Nani Raj Ghimire, Coordinator of the Expo Management Committee, the exhibition will feature 135 stalls from various companies across the nation, fashion show, free health camp, blood donation and other attractions.  
“The main objective of the expo is to promote domestic product, substitute import and market expansion. Up to 15 per cent discount will be provided while purchasing footwear,” he said while speaking at a press conference.
Film actor Nir Shah has been appointed as the Brand Ambassador of the event.
