Nepal SBI approves 5.31% dividend

Kathmandu, Jan. 4

Nepal SBI Bank Limited has decided to distribute 5.31 per cent dividend.

Its 28th Annual General Meeting held in Kathmandu on Tuesday approved the bank's proposal to distribute 3.5 per cent bonus share and 1.81 per cent cash dividend.

The meeting also elected Apsara Upreti as a Director unopposed, representing the general public shareholders, the bank said in a statement.

The bank was established in 1993 and now has 88 branches, 19 extension counters, seven province offices, eight branchless banking outlets and 125 ATMs.
