Nepal
Bank Limited has decided to give continuity to Dr. Mahabir Pun as its brand
ambassador for another year.
The bank
had appointed the scientist, who has been running the National Innovation
Centre and inspiring hundreds of youth to dream big, as its brand ambassador
last year.
"One
year contract with Dr. Pun has come to an end. But we are happy to have him as
our ambassador for one more year," the bank said in a statement on Friday.
The contract between NBL Chief Executive Officer, Krishna Bahadur Adhikari, and
Dr. Pun was signed on Thursday.
Expressing
happiness over his continuation, Dr. Pun said that he would make efforts to
contribute to the growth of the bank.
NBL has
213 branches, 148 ATMs and 49 extension counters across the country.
