GIBL to provide service to Kamana customers

Kathmandu, Mar. 11

Global IME Bank Limited and Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide non-fund-based banking facilities to the customers of the latter.

The MoU is signed by the Chief Executive Officer of GIBL, Ratna Raj Bajracharya and CEO of Kamana Sewa, Prabin Basnet.

As per the understanding, GIBL will provide services like Letter of Credit, bank guarantee, document against payment, document against acceptance and trade transaction banking to the customers of Kamana Sewa.

GIBL has 287 branches, 252 ATMs, 274 branchless banking, 50 extension counter and 3 representative offices in foreign countries. Likewise, Kamana Sewa has 132 branches, 1 extension counter, 4 branchless banking and 77 ATMs across the country.
