Nepali goods promoted in Bahrain

Kathmandu, Mar. 5

The Embassy of Nepal in Manama, Bahrain has exhibited Nepali goods in International Embassy Bazaar organised there on Thursday.

In a statement the embassy said that Nepali products like handicraft items, tea and pashmina shawl were put on display.

The annual fair was organised by Children and Mothers' Welfare Society of Bahrain where Nepal had participated for the first time.

Manushi Nepal had coordinated to manage the goods from Nepal and provided to the embassy. Charge de Affairs' Aruna Ghishing, Attaché Sunita Lakandri and Nepali entrepreneur in Bahrain Basanta Bista had participated in the event.

Flyers and pamphlets on Nepal were also distributed to the visitors on the occasion.
