K.L. Dugar Group has introduced a new Gyan
Honey in Nepali market.
According to the company, this honey is produced from bees that graze on
various herbal plants. "Production of this honey has been started with the
aim of promoting locally produced goods by local farmers," it said in a
statement on Sunday.
Honey is used not only as a nutritional product but also as an
alternative treatment for other clinical conditions as described in traditional
medicine and wound healing. "Honey is rich in vitamins and other
nutrients. Honey, which is consumed more during fasting, can also be consumed
by mixing it with healthy nutritious meals," the company said.
Gyan Honey is available in 250gm, 500gm and 1kilo at major department
stores as well as local groceries. The Group also produces Gyan Chakki Atta,
Gyan Maida and other food products.
