Ncell launches India roaming pack

Kathmandu, Feb. 6

Ncell has launched a roaming pack, focusing on customers who visit India frequently for various purposes. With this pack, customers can now easily stay connected at the most affordable rate during their visit to India, the company said in a statement on Monday.

Customers can activate the roaming pack at just Rs 100 including the applicable taxes and take the benefit of access to roaming service for 3 days - Rs. 33 per day. They also instantly get 500 MB as well as voice and SMS services at attractive discount rates.

The roaming pack has come into effect from Friday, February 2. "This pack perfectly matches the communications needs of many individuals such as small businessmen, and transport workers, who frequently visit India from our bordering towns such as Birgunj, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Biratnagar and Janakpur and those who need to make emergency visits to India for special reasons," read the statement.

Also, there is a 32 per cent discount on the Pay As You Go (PAYG) rate for incoming calls and making calls in India at just Rs. 16.48 per minute including applicable taxes. They can also send SMS at just Rs. 6.34 per SMS, which is 29 per cent less compared to the PAYG rate.

Ncell said, “It believes that as it works closely with all Indian operators, this will especially create a good value for customers to stay in touch easily at the cheapest rate during their visit to India for various purposes”.
