Foodmandu launches OneMart on its 14th anniversary

Kathmandu, Nov. 12

Foodmandu, Nepal's first food delivery company, has introduced Foodmandu OneMart, a new service for delivering groceries.

It announced the beginning of the new service at a programme organised to mark the 14th anniversary on Monday. Foodmandu marked 14 years of service since it started food delivery service in 2010. The company pioneered online food delivery in Nepal, connecting customers with a wide network of restaurants and setting benchmarks for convenience and reliability, it said in a statement on Tuesday.

Currently, Foodmandu is operating services in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan.

"The new product, accessible through the Foodmandu app, allows users to order from a selection of over 700 grocery products, promising prompt delivery. Currently, deliveries are available within a 3 km radius of the Gairidhara location, covering areas like Maharajgunj, Dhumbarahi, Baluwatar and Maitidevi," read the statement.

The company aims to expand its reach and product offerings across Kathmandu Valley soon.

Founder and Managing Director Manohar Adhikari said that the company will make everyday shopping as easy as ordering a meal.

To celebrate its anniversary, Foodmandu has launched the Fantastic 14 Sales campaign, offering up to 70 per cent discounts. The campaign includes various deals like flat discounts, combo offers, BOGO deals, Category Crunch, the 14 Bites Platter, 14 Days–14 Mega Offers, and 14th Hour Flash Sales.
