InDrive launches new 'Comfort'

InDrive, a mobility and urban services platform, has launched its new product 'inDrive Comfort' feature in Nepal, aimed at providing passengers a more comfortable, premium ride option.

"The inDrive Comfort feature, designed to elevate the ride experience, offers passengers access to a premium fleet of vehicles with enhanced amenities and added space. Comfort rides are tailored for those looking to travel in style, with high-quality vehicles and top-rated drivers dedicated to providing a superior level of service," the company said in a statement on Monday.

With inDrive Comfort, passengers can look forward to a ride that is spacious, enjoyable, and fair price while our driver partners gain more opportunities to provide top-notch service.” 

The new product includes better quality cars for a comfortable ride, sedan class vehicles with spacious interiors, fair pricing and hassle-free rides.

According to the company, the inDrive Comfort category ensures that all vehicles are in excellent condition and equipped with air conditioning for a pleasant journey, providing a respite from Kathmandu's bustling traffic and climate. The inDrive Comfort cars are maintained to a high standard, with interiors that offer passengers a clean, smooth, and enjoyable ride, it said.

The company has also expressed its commitment to fair and transparent pricing. This feature is also beneficial for drivers who maintain high ratings and drive premium vehicles, providing them the opportunity to earn more through inDrive Comfort rides.

Pavit Nanda Anand, Asia Pacific Communications Lead at inDrive said that the new product has a fully transparent model. "We bring the freedom of choice and fairness to all users by putting rideshare terms back in the hands of both the passenger and driver,” she said.
