Global IME, TU plant trees

Kathmandu, Oct. 12

Global IME Bank and Tribhuvan University have jointly organised a tree plantation programme at the University Campus and Ayurveda Teaching Hospital in Kirtipur.

TU Ayurveda Campus Head, Prof. Dr. Shiv Mangal Prasad, and Branch Manager of Global IME Bank, Kirtipur Branch, Shobha Neupane, jointly planted the saplings on the occasion.

The plantation programme was executed to create a green view at the University Ayurveda Campus and Ayurveda Teaching Hospital premises and to promote a clean and green university premises, the bank said in a statement.

Plantation has been done from the campus premises and the teaching hospital building to the main road.

Prof. Prasad, Legal Advisor of Tribhuvan University, Narayan Khanal, Executive Director of Ayurveda Campus and Teaching Hospital Dr. Binod Kumar Singh, Administrative Head Kumar K.C., professors, staffs, students and bank employees participated in the plantation programme.
