Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota had a farewell
meeting with Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Hou Yanchi on Saturday morning in his
official residence in Lainchour.
During the meeting, Speaker Sapkota recalled
that there were important visits from China during Ambassador Hou's tenure and
congratulated her for her successful tenure. He also wished Ambassador Hou
success in her new responsibilities.
And Ambassador Yanchi expressed her gratitude
for the support from the Federal Parliament during her tenure in the meeting.
Meanwhile, the speaker left his official
residence in the evening the same day. He shifted in his personal residence
from his official residence to prepare for the upcoming election.
