Kathmandu, July 27

been drawn to the illegal dismissal, transfer, and promotion of working
journalists, employees and workers in various media institutions.
According

employees and workers working in communication institutions, and the rights and
duties of the workers and management.

field of journalism, which is considered as the fourth estate," read a
statement issued by the committee.
"This
committee would like to seriously draw attention of communication institutions
for the implementation of the prevailing legal system. If their attention is
not drawn to this matter, the committee would like to warn that that it will recommended
to cut the service facilities provided by the government to the respective
media houses that do not comply with the laws," it said.
