President presents Policy and programmes for upcoming fiscal

President Bidya Devi Bhandari presented the policy and programmes for the next fiscal year 2016/17 in the Parliament Sunday. The government has given priority to the implementation of constitution, post-quake reconstruction, local election, employment generation, infrastructure development and education.
