FAN organizes training

Kathmandu, Nov. 15: The Floriculture Association of Nepal organised a training on 'nursery management' for floriculture entrepreneurs.

The five-day training that concluded on Tuesday was organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Agricultural Development and PUM Netherlands.
Approximately 30 flower entrepreneurs from Dharan, Pokhara, Chitwan and Kathmandu participated in the training.
Flower expert of PUM Wim Van Kester facilitated the training.
Kester urged the trainees to put the knowledge and skills they learnt during the training into practice and impart the skill to the staff at their enterprises.
FAN president Kasaju Shrestha said that the training would help the entrepreneurs run their businesses in more organised way.
