NBCL earns 2.2 million profit


Kathmandu, Nov. 15
Nepal Bangladesh Capital Limited has earned Rs. 2.2 million net profit in the first year of its operation.
The first annual general meeting of the company held Friday informed that the company earned the profit in the fiscal year 2018/19.
The subsidiary of the Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited has Rs. 200 million paid up capital.
NBCL is providing share registrar, investment services, share issue, underwriting and investment consultant services.
It is also working as the securities broker with the license from the Security Board of Nepal (SEBON). It is preparing to launch mutual fund and investment management in the near future.
