Great Wall Motors launches Premium SUV and pickup in Nepal

Great Wall Motors (GWM) has officially entered the Nepali market with its premium SUVs and pickups.

It is launching three highly anticipated vehicles -- Haval H6 and Haval Jolion in the SUV category and Poer in the Pickup Category.

Both models have been extensively redesigned in terms of look, interior space, overall performance, intelligence, and safety, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

V.G. Impex Pvt. Ltd., the authorized importer and distributor of GWM, said that the new products would help in the growth of Nepali automobile sector.

The company also intends to host a virtual car showcase for GWM fans to commemorate the market debut of three new models.

The premium SUV third Gen Haval H6 boasts a powerful 2.0L petrol turbo engine.  Haval Jolion is Compact SUV featuring powerful 1.5L petrol turbo engine and Poer is a powerful pick up powered by a mighty 2.0L diesel turbo engine.

In near future, Great Wall Motors plans to bring Ora R1, a new generation electric car to Nepal market which has combination of unique features, appearance and safety compliance.

“Next addition would be Wingle, a pickup, which is popular as a working tool and an essential companion for leisure time,” said the company.
