A certain amount can be invested monthly or quarterly according to the open-ended plan under NMB Capital's SIP, the company informed in a statement on Wednesday.

The plan can be designed in a way it could help in developing the habit of investing, even small amounts of money can be invested in such a way as to get the benefit of compounding returns.

As the investors can increase or decrease the investment amount and time period at their wish, the number of people investing in SIP has been increasing significantly.
