Maharjan elected as NSLCCI president

Ramesh Maharjan has been elected as the president of the Nepal-Sri Lanka Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Ninth Annual General Assembly Sunday unanimously elected him as the president and 19 members working committee of the bilateral chamber of commerce and industry.
The AGM elected Prabin Bahadur Pandey, Bijaya Shrestha and Hem Raj Dhakal as the vice presicents and Naresh Dash and Dr. Harish Joshi as general secretary and treasurer respectively.
Likewise, Prakash Giri and Ram Raja Acharya were elected as the secretaries while Shiva Kumar Agrawal, Anuj mani Timilsina, Prakash Pandey, Swayambhu Ratna Tuladhar, Sanjay Kumar Agrawal, Shyam Bhakta Kayastha, Tek Bahadur Shakya, Bidya Sagar Tamrakar and Surya Bahadur Thapa were elected as the working committee members.
President of the Nepal Chamber of Commerce Rajesh Kaji Shrestha was inducted as the honorary member of the chamber.
The AGM was inaugurated by the ambassador of Sri Lanka to Nepal W. M. Senevirathna.

The Nepal-Sri Lanka CCI was established in 2006 with an aim of promoting trade and investment between the two countries and enhancing bilateral relations between them.
