HR Meet on March 29-30

Kathmandu, Mar. 15: A conference on Human Resources (HR), 2017 is going to be held in the capital on March 29-30.
The Growth Sellers is organising the two-day national conference of the Human Resource managers and other stakeholders.
It is the ninth edition of HR meet.
“With an aim to strengthen the human capital, the Growth Sellers is taking its legacy to host a series of HR Meet for the last nine years. It is the a platform for participants to get exposure and expand their knowledge about global trends and practices,” said Mohan Ojha, chairman of HR Meet Steering Committee and managing director of Growth Sellers Pvt. Ltd.
The conference will feature chairman of TVRLS India Prof. Dr. TV Rao, faculty of Xavier Labour Relations Institute, India Prof. Dr. ISF Raj as the keynote speakers.
They will speak on ‘The power of 360 degree feedback’ and ‘Reflection: emerging role and response of HR over decades’ respectively.
According to Ojha, highlights of the meet include HR experts, parallel sessions, panel interview, individual sessions on leadership, capacity building and talent management, among others.
The organisers said that the conference would have more than 250 participants from corporate, banking, manufacturing, IT, corporations, institutions, NGO/INGOs, and other sectors.
The conference is sponsored by Nimble Infosys in partnership with DAV College of Management and Nepal Telecom.
