IME Pay app will be available in
Nepali language. The app has been providing interface based in English language
so far.
"IME Pay, which has started
electronic payment service with the aim of providing economic or financial
services to Nepali people even in places where banking is not accessible, has
added this special service so that no one should be deprived of financial
transactions due to language problems," said the company in a statement.
Along with this, one more feature
of language selection is also going to be added to the IME Pay app.
For this feature, which was
released for general users on the occasion of English New Year 2023, users must
first go to Playstore or Appstore, to update or download the app.
Existing users can choose Nepali
language from the 'En' sign on the right side of the app after updating it
while new users can get the feature by default.
The company said that after this
the users can make any digital payment through IME Pay using the language they
feel comfortable with. The app has features like receiving remittance sent from
abroad, sending money using only mobile number, and paying for any service or
facility. Users can also earn 7.13 per cent interest on the amount in the app.
