Jagdamba Steels exporting supershine and galvalume

Kathmandu, Jan. 31

Jagdamba Steels said on Sunday that it has continued international export of Jagdamba Supershine and Jagdamba Galva plus (premium Al-Zn colour-coated and plain sheets and coils).

Jagdamba Supershine and Jagdamba Galva plus, also known as Galvalume, are steel sheets with a coating consisting of 55 per cent aluminum, 43.5 per cent zinc, and 1.5 per cent silicon over the base metal to protect it from the elements, which increases the life span and durability of the product, the company said in a statement.

With over two decades of achievements in the manufacturing of steel products ranging from reinforcement TMT rebar to structural and wire products, Jagdamba Steels continues to envision presenting Nepal's steel on the global stage, read the statement.

“With NS:191 from the Nepal Bureau of Standards and Metrology recognising our product, ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environment Management System), the company always sets a quality benchmark standard for steel products while considering sustainable manufacturing that improves employee, community, and product safety,” said the company.

According to the company, it is the first company in Nepal to initiate the third country exports, and it will continue to do so. It also expressed commitment for excellence in product quality.
