Govt condems attacks in Afghanistan and Israel

Kathmandu, Jan. 11: The government Wednesday condemned the bomb attacks in different places of Afghanistan on Tuesday and vehicle ramming attack over innocent people in East Jerusalem, Israel on Sunday.
Terming the attacks as 'brutal and senseless' the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press statement, "Nepal deplores this heinous and barbaric act of terrorism in line with our principled policy of condemning terrorism in all its forms and manifestations."
The government wished early recovery of the injured and believed that the perpetrators of those heinous acts would be brought to justice soon.
"At this hour of profound grief, the government of Nepal extends heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the government and peoples of Afghanistan, the United Arab Emirates and Israel as well to the members of the bereaved families on the tragic accidents," read the statement.

The Afghan bomb attack resulted in massive loss of lives including those of the UAE officials injuries to many people, and vehicle attack killed and injured many people.
