Schultze urges Nepali youth entrepreneurs to expand reach

Kathmandu, March10:
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the World Innovation Forum (WIF) Axel Schultze has urged Nepali young entrepreneurs to expand their reach to the international forums and business organisations in order to promote innovation and technology transfer in their business.

“When you create an international network of businesses, you can learn new ideas, problem-solving methods and technology-based business models as well as the sources of financing,” he said while speaking at Entrepreneurial Waves in Nepal, a workshop organised in the pre-set of the first World Innovation Forum conference in Switzerland.

According to him, the WIF has come to Nepal to share the experience of the forum to facilitate Nepali businessmen to reach to the international level to seek various supports for their enterprises.

The forum is being organised as a platform to share business and innovation ideas from around the globe.

Schultze stressed on creating network and partnership among the entrepreneurs around the globe, sharing experiences, and motivating each other.

Another co-founder of the WIF Marita Schultze said that the women entrepreneurs should not copy the behavior and working style of men but should identify the special benefits that they have and utilize them to the maximum.

Chairman of the National Business Initiative Padma Jyoti urged the youth to reap the benefits available at the international forums. He said that Nepal had a conducive environment for the enterprise development.

Former President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) Kush Kumar Joshi said that the youth entrepreneurs should be promoted in order to create employment.
