Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has instructed the Ministry of Home Affairs to bring a proposal to form a high-level commission of inquiry to investigate the shooting and killing of two youth in Balkumari of Lalitpur district on Friday.

The commission would be formed under the chairmanship of a former justice in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Commission of Inquiry Act, 1969 to investigate the incident, according to the Prime Minister's Office.

A Cabinet meeting that would be convened on Monday will make a formal decision about the commission and the latter would start its work on the same day.
