Manjushree Finance
Limited, a class ‘D’ institution licensed by the Nepal Rastra Bank, has
announced to sell its 12,587 units of promoters’ shares.
According to a notice
published by the company on Sunday, the minimum price for the auction of the
shares is set at Rs. 300.
Interested investors can
apply for minimum 100 units to all the shares put in the auction.
They should submit a
sealed application expressing the number of units of shares and proposed price
they are ready to pay to NIBL ACE Capital Limited, Lazimpat from July 29 to
August 24.
Individual investors,
companies and organisations can take part in the auction.
