CAN Infotech from Feb 7-12

Computer Association of Nepal (CAN) Federation has informed that the 28th CAN Infotech 2023 – the largest exhibition and trade fair of information and communication technology products and ideas – will be organised at the Bhrikutimandap Exhibition Centre in Kathmandu from February 7-12 this year.

This is the annual flagship programme of the CAN Federation which is organised with the aim of exhibiting new technologies developed in the field of ICT and creating meaningful interactions for the development of this sector, it said in a statement.

According to the CAN Federation, there will be a maximum participation of developments and innovations in the field of ICT at this edition of CAN Infotech.

With the announcement of the date, it has been said that proposals for its title sponsorship, co-sponsorship, platinum, diamond, gold and silver sponsorship, as well as other sponsorships and partnerships have been opened.

Member organisations of CAN Federation as well as various national and international companies in the sector will participate in the six-day exhibition. "The exhibition will be used by businessmen as a platform for business expansion as well as a platform for exhibiting new technologies while observers will be able to view and purchase new and future technologies and equipment used in ICT under single roof," said CAN Federation.

General Secretary of the organisation, Chiranjivi Adhikari said that CAN Infotech will provide an unprecedented opportunity for companies in the ICT sector to expand their market, understand customer needs, conduct market surveys, launch new products and establish mutual relationships with customers.

At CAN Infotech, visitors can find software, networking and cloud solutions, mobile phones and solutions, electrical and electronics and security solutions from home and abroad. Also, laptops and desktop computers, printers, power systems, computer accessories, antivirus software, banking solutions, CCTV will also be available at the exhibition.

Similarly, Internet of Things, block chain, artificial intelligence, information on alternative energy technology, IT college, bank, insurance and accounting software, used and upcoming software and solutions in the government sector, self-learning software and tutorials, among others, will be exhibited.

CAN Federation said that the latest technology, startup innovation and talent and inventions developed according to the demand of the local market will help the campaign of creating Digital Nepal.
