Medpro launches cashless medical centre

Medpro International Pvt. Ltd. has launched a cashless medical center where payment can be made only after the treatment.

The service opened for the first time in Nepal provides relief from the obligation to carry money at the beginning of any health-related treatment, said the company in a statement on Sunday.

"Paying special attention to the initial treatment service, the concept of first service and then only payment was introduced. This kind of service is the first in Nepal and probably in South Asia," said Dr. Bishal Dhakal, Director of the company.

The patients will get the bill at the end of the treatment or month at this medical center. A procedure has been made that the amount can be paid by any means at the end of the same month and in installments.

Medpro International Medical Center has come into operation at Dhumbarahi in the capital under the management of Medpro. To get the facilities of the medical center, the customers have to become member first.

 It is a polyclinic level medical center with facilities such as X-ray, ultrasound, laboratory services and consultation services of expert doctors. The doctors and health workers here will provide health service at the doorsteps as well.

This medical center has been brought into operation on the occasion of English New Year 2023. The company will first diagnose the disease and provide the corresponding service. It will provide treatment services for chronic diseases such as diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease and all kinds of diseases.
