JMC organizes Workshop on education act

Kathmandu, June 18: Janamaitri Multiple Campus has organized a workshop on ‘use of technology in mathematics teaching/learning’ and ‘ammended education act’.
Narayan Shrestha, deputy-director of the Department of Education, presented paper on ‘Grading system and amended Education Act, 2016’.
Bed Prasad Dhakal, assistant professor at the Central Department of Education of the Tribhuvan University, presented paper on ‘use of technology in mathematics teaching/learning’.
He said that computer and other new technologies should be used to facilitate the students in their study. “Technology creates fun in teaching and learning activities.”
Principals and senior teachers from more than 50 schools participated in the workshop.
Campus Chief Bhola Nath Ojha informed that the workshop was organized to update the principals on the new education system and technology.
