Mother demands dead body of worker in Qatar

Urlabari, March 22: The family of Bhupal Karki, a Nepali national who died in Qatar earlier this week, has not received his body.

Sharada Karki, 55, mother of the deceased, has urged to help bring the body of her son while his wife Dilmaya fainted after hearing the news.

She is undergoing treatment at Nobel Hospital in Biratnagar. "She is still unconscious and has not taken even a small amount of water. Every member in the family is waiting for Bhupal's body, tears have been dried up, but there is no news from abroad," said Govinda Bahadur Karki, uncle of the deceased.

Bhupal an inhabitant of Ratuwamai -10, Laxmi Chok of Morang district, died on March 17 in Qatar.
"It has been six days and we have no idea about the cause of his death," said Sharada.


Bhupal had worked in Saudi Arabia for five years and got married with Dilmaya and was in Qatar for the last couple of years.
