CF provides relief to flood victims

 Kathmandu, Aug 8

Chaudhary Foundation, a philanthropic organisation under the Chaudhary Group, has distributed relief materials to 300 flood-affected families of Bhajani Municipality of Kailali district in Sudurpaschim State.

It distributed 325 cartons of Waiwai noodles and 340kg Waiwai bhujiya as an emergency food support to the flood victims in various wards of the municipality.

The food items were distributed in coordination with the municipality.

About 1,600 households have been affected by the 3-day long incessant rains last week. Bhajani Municipality witnessed severe damage following the floodwaters of the Kanda River entering the settlement.
