Kathmandu, Sept 29
President
of Association of Nepalese Rice, Oil and Pulses Industry (ANROPI), Subodh Kumar
Gupta is honoured with the Professional Doctoral Certificate in Global
Leadership and Management by the European International University, Paris.
He
was awarded with the honour at a programme organised by the university in Dubai
on Tuesday.
Issuing
a statement on Wednesday, ANROPI said that the award to Gupta has increased the
reputation of Nepali private sector at international level.
Gupta
is also President of Birgunj Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and
Working Committee Member of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and
Industry (FNCCI).
FNCCI
and BCCI also published separate statement and said that he was awarded for his
contribution to institutional and economic development.
