Kathmandu, Sept 23
President Bidya Devi Bhandari has
authenticated the Appropriation Bill, 2021 on Thursday, following its
ratification from both the Houses of the Federal Parliament.
She has approved the bill as per the
Article 113(2) of the Constitution, said the Office of the President in a
statement on Thursday.
The House of Representatives and
National Assembly ratified the budget bill on Thursday afternoon. The HoR also
passed the Bill to Raise Public Debt as well.
It has opened the ways for the
government to spend the budget and raise debt to fund the development projects.
