NBI signs MoU with German School



Kathmandu, Aug 8:
National Banking Institute (NBI) Tuesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (FSFM), Germany, for strategic alliance in the development of human resource in the areas of education, training and research. 

“The banking academy joins hand with FSFM which is a leading private business school and advisory institute in Germany with more than 50 years of experience in consulting and training services in all areas of banking, management, and finance,” NBI said in its press statement. 

The NBI and FSFM will help each other in organising conferences, seminars, workshops, study tours on the subject of mutual interest. 

The MoU was signed by Fatma Dirkes, Director of International Advisory Services from FSFM and Sanjib Subba, Chief Executive Officer of NBI, amidst a function last week in Frankfurt. 

According to the NBI, the partnership is a milestone in the capacity building process of Nepali banking industry which opens access to a much developed economy of Europe.
