Nabil Bank, Namaste Pay begin partnership

Nabil Bank Limited has partnered with Namaste Pay digital wallet.

This partnership has enabled Nabil Bank's customers to use various services offered by Namaste Pay, a product of Nepal Digital Payments Company (NDPC).

The company is a joint initiative of Nepal Telecom and Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited.

In an event held the other day, Niraj Sharma, Head of Retail Transaction Banking of Nabil Bank, and Binaya Bijukchhe, Deputy CEO of NDPC, signed the agreement for the collaboration.

With this collaboration, Nabil Bank customers can now easily load money into their Namaste Pay wallet and transfer money from wallet to account through NBank application, the bank said.

Sharma said that bank customers and Namaste Pay users can benefit from this partnership. He said, "This bank, which has been making a significant contribution to digitalisation of financial services, is committed to providing excellent service by partnering with other institutions."

Similarly, Bijukchhe said that Namaste Pay aims to provide state-of-the-art services and revolutionise digital transformation in Nepal. He said that this partnership will help Namaste Pay to expand its service range and attract more users.

Nabil Bank has been providing services to more than 2.4 million customers through 268 branches and 316 ATMs.
