“It will also be organised in various eight locations outside the Kathmandu Valley,” said General Secretary of CAN federation Narayan Thapa at a press conference organised on Wednesday.
CAN Info-Tech will be organised in Itahari of State 1, Birgunj of State 2, Chitwan of State 3, Pokhara of Gandaki, Butwal and Nepalgunj of State 5, Surkhet of Karnali State and Dhangadhi of Sudurpaschim.
CAN Federation is organising the event to increase awareness about the information technology, know the requirements for the business and industry and create a platform where the vendors and entrepreneurs can interact with the customers and other companies.
There will be different sections like branding, ICT, accessories, game parlour, product launching, robotics, e-waste management, wi-fi, learning centre and employment centre in the info-tech fair.
Prabhu Pay is the title sponsor of the event and Worldlink Communication is associate sponsor while Prabhu Insurance and E-Pay are the official insurance and ticket partners.

Bhrikutimandap Exhibition Centre in February next year.
The largest information technology fair and flagship event of the CAN
Federation will be organised for six days, from February14 to19. “It will also be organised in various eight locations outside the Kathmandu Valley,” said General Secretary of CAN federation Narayan Thapa at a press conference organised on Wednesday.
CAN Info-Tech will be organised in Itahari of State 1, Birgunj of State 2, Chitwan of State 3, Pokhara of Gandaki, Butwal and Nepalgunj of State 5, Surkhet of Karnali State and Dhangadhi of Sudurpaschim.
CAN Federation is organising the event to increase awareness about the information technology, know the requirements for the business and industry and create a platform where the vendors and entrepreneurs can interact with the customers and other companies.
It will also create an opportunity for Nepali entrepreneurs to prepare
a network with foreign businesspersons, and launch their new products and
innovations.
Members of CAN Federation and various national and international
companies will participate in the exhibition. There will be different sections like branding, ICT, accessories, game parlour, product launching, robotics, e-waste management, wi-fi, learning centre and employment centre in the info-tech fair.
It will feature products such as
operating system software, networking solution, mobile phone and solution, electrical
and electronics, security solution, solar power system, invertor, UPS, laptop
and desktop computer, printer, power system, accessories, antivirus software,
banking solution and hard disk.
About 376,000 people had visited the exhibition last time and CAN
Federation has expected to draw 400,000 visitors in its new event. Prabhu Pay is the title sponsor of the event and Worldlink Communication is associate sponsor while Prabhu Insurance and E-Pay are the official insurance and ticket partners.
