'Mero Share' app available in Play Store

The CDS and Clearing Limited has launched the 'Mero Share' application in mobile application. The company has made the app available at the Google Play Store from Wednesday.

Currently it is available in android phones. It will take some time to launch it in the IOS, said CDSC.

"The mobile app is prepared to impart the services of Mero Share software in simple, fast and user-friendly way," said the company in a statement.

Initially the app will have all services of Mero Share except ASBA which will be added in the near future. The app is launched as beta version for a short period. However, the company said that the transactions made through the app will be authentic and official.

It has urged the customers to apply cautions while making transactions through the app and inform it via email if there were any complexities or problems.

Investors can obtain the details of securities in their account, their portfolio on the basis of market price and apply for the securities announced in initial public offerings.
