Kathmandu, Sept. 15
Bishal Agrawal has been appointed the chairman of Prudential Insurance
Company Limited.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the non-life insurance company on
Sunday unanimously appointed him as the new chairman, said the company in a
statement on Tuesday.
Agrawal has already taken the oath of the office from Insurance Board’s
Chairman Chiranjibi Chapagain. He represents the Bishal Group.
Earlier, the 18th General Assembly on Friday had elected
Bishal Agrawal, Amit Agrawal, Arpit Agrawal and Bibek Bijukchhe as the members
of the board of directors from the promoters group.
