Riddhi Siddhi Cement has distributed
immunity boosting food to 62 COVID-19 infected people in Hetauda.
The company has distributed food including
fruits, immunity boosting foods and cups to drink hot water to the people from
Gauritar Isolation Centre on Saturday at a programme organised in Hetauda.
It has also given Nepal Telecom’s recharge
cards worth Rs. 200 to each patient to facilitate them to remain in contact
with their family members, read a statement issued by the company.
Bikram Khatiwada, Regional Sales Manager of
the company, said that Riddhi Siddhi was always ready to support the local
people in the time of need.
Mayor of the Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City
Hari Bahadur Mahat suggested people that they feed themselves with healthy food
and exercise regularly to stay safe from coronavirus and many other diseases.
President of Makwanpur Chamber of Commerce
and Industry Krishna Katuwal said that entrepreneurs should operate their
businesses and industries safely with full adherence of the health and safety
measures.
Likewise, Chairman of the Hetauda Hospital
Development Committee Prakash Poudel said that the corporate social responsibility
of the entrepreneurs and industrialists would have a positive impact on the
society.
Hetauda-based Riddhi Siddhi Cement has
entered into the second year of production. It is also selling clinker to other
cement industries.
