25 Plus demands details of meetings with Goel

 Kathmandu, Nov. 5

The 25 Plus Group, a civil society group comprising eminent persons of Nepal, has demanded the publication of the details of the deliberations said to had happened between the Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Indian secret agency RAW Chief Samant Goel a couple of weeks ago.

"A prolonged interaction with the Indian secret agency chief at a time when the ruling NCP was undergoing an intra-party disturbance had created a political risk in the country. It has drawn the concerns of the civil society," said the group in a statement the other day.

It condemned the meeting saying that it was irresponsible and unethical happening.

The group also said that Indian had a desire to push Nepal into further geopolitical constraints.
