Last Resort of Sindhupalchowk reopens

Kathmandu, Nov. 20

 After a complete shut down for more than eight months after the advent of coronavirus pandemic, the Last Resort in Sindhupalchowk has reopened for the adventure seekers.

The resort operates adventure sports activities like bungee, canyon swing, canyoning, rafting, and rock climbing, and offers hospitality services.

But as a safety measures, it has not operated transportation service and requested clients to come on their own transport to the resort which is about 100 km away and a four-hour drive from Kathmandu.

"We have necessary COVID-19 protocol in pace and request everyone to have their masks on and maintain a safe distance at all times," it said in a statement.

Currently, services at the resort are operated four days a week – Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It has also announced discount as an offer price till 6 December 2020.
