GIBL's support in education sector

Kathmandu, Nov. 11

Global IME Bank Limited has provided Rs. 800,000 the Teach for Nepal, a non-profit organisation working to enhance the quality of education in Nepal.

The support is extended as per its corporate social responsibility programme for the fellowships to be provided by the organisation, said the bank in a statement on Wednesday.

Shanta Siwakoti, Chief of bank's Market and Business Promotion Department and TFN's Chief Executive Officer Swastika Shrestha signed in an agreement for the same.

Siwakoti said that the bank was always ready to support the programme like TFN.
