NSBL to give 15.7 per cent dividend


Kathmandu, Jan. 14: Nepal SBI Bank Limited (NSBL)’s 25th General Assembly Meeting on Monday has approved the distribution of 15.79 per cent dividend – 5 per cent bonus share and 10.79 cash dividend – to its shareholders. 

In the last fiscal year 2017/18, the bank earned Rs. 2.02 billion net profit. The meeting also approved the Consolidated Balance Sheet of the bank including the Audited Financial Statements of the bank’s subsidiary, Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited for the last fiscal year.

NSBL is offering its banking and financial services from 76 branches, 7 extension counters, 3 regional offices and a corporate office. It has 113 ATMs including 2 mobile ATM and 4 CRMs. Likewise, the bank has 833,000 depositors and 650,000 ATM/debit card holders.
