The eights edition of the
Furniture and Furnishing Expo is being heled at the Bhrikutimandap Exhibition
Centre from Thursday.
All the preparations for
the Furnex Expo 2022 have been completed, said the organizer, Nepal Furniture
and Furnishing Association.
Milan Babu Shrestha,
Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supply of Bagmati Province will inaugurate
the expo. According to Event Solutions, the manager of the exhibition, the expo
will be open for visitors from 10 AM.
According to the
coordinator of the expo, Om Basnet, all the exhibitors will announce different
kinds of offers to the visitors targeting the festival. Exhibitors of various
brands will provide products and services such as furniture and furnishing,
home appliances and other products to the visitors. In addition, Basnet
informed that door prizes are also arranged for each day of the expo that will
have 100 exhibition stalls but the entry to it is free.
Organizers believe that
the expo will be the right destination for the increasing demand for interior
decoration along with the changing modern lifestyle. Kitchens, bedrooms,
bathrooms as well as outdoor furniture, carpets, curtains, mattresses,
decoration materials, home decor, office furniture, hospital furniture, home
appliances, machinery tools as well as interior design, architectural
consultancy will be the attraction of the exhibition.
The oganisers expects the
footfall of 100,000 visitors.
