Kathmandu,
Jan. 6: Neuro Clinic Saturday organised a free Health Camp and awareness
programme on neurological diseases in Basundhara.
Participants
of the health camp obtained free health screening of neurological diseases,
alzimers, neuropathy, high blood pressure, diabetes and thyroid, checkup by
doctors and experts and blood test services, said Dr. Ragesh Karn, a
neurological expert and chief of the clinic.
A consultant
of neurology, eleven doctors, six nurses, four pharmacists, and three public
health officers were involved in the event.
Posters and documentaries on various
neurological disorders, and their prevention and cure were displayed on the
occasion, and information materials were distributed.
The clinic
has already organised such camps in Sindhupalchowk, Kathmandu, Siraha,
Dhanusha, Mahottari and Sarlahi.
