Race Nepal relaunches Party Bus

Kathmandu, Sept. 18

Race Nepal Pvt. Ltd. has relaunched the ‘Party Bus Nepal’. "We have relaunched the facility with the aim of providing tourists with entertainment while travelling around the city on a bus," the company said in a statement.

Passengers can enjoy sightseeing, food and drinks, music and dancing while travelling on the bus.

The bus, designed as a well-equipped lounge or club, can accommodate up to 30 people for a party. It features attractive neon lighting, comfortable luxury sofas, a fully equipped bar for food and drinks, and a dance pole in the middle of the bus.

"With an attractive purple-and-black ‘nightlife’ theme on the exterior, the bus can also become a centre of attraction on the streets as it travels around the city. It takes party participants on a route from Durbar Marg around the Ring Road," said the company.

Speaking on the relaunch event, CEO Sameer Shrestha said that the service was first launched with a new concept of mobile entertainment targeting Visit Nepal Year 2020. When COVID-19 disturbed the public events, the company took it to India and continued the service there.

The company has now introduced a new plan to expand its services. He said the service would be expanded to major cities across Nepal in the near future, while caravans and camper vans would also be brought into operation.
